Four days and counting....
We are excited and a bit overwhelmed as we prepare for the 2015 summer road trip. Once again, we will do a loop from Colorado. This year the adventure will take us through Utah, Idaho, and Oregon with a week-long visit with Jim's brother and family near Seattle, Washington. The trip home will take us East along the Canadian border to Glacier National Park, Flathead Lake, and through Yellowstone and the Tetons. I'm not sure how much wacky, wild and weird we will find this year. The middle of the country seems to have cornered the market on that! We will be camping, spending time with friends and family, and staying in hotels. The camping has added a whole new dimension of preparation. We did a "dry run" last weekend, setting up camp in the back yard and cooking on the new stove. That also included installing the cargo box on top of Big Red. I hope everything fits....
The girls are most looking forward to visiting their cousins, seeing some volcanoes, and camping.
